Terms Of Service

Acceptance

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and BigCat Productions, the operator of Firework Engine. By accessing or using Firework Engine, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

Firework Engine provides stream overlay tools, authentication, trigger integrations, themed layout features, and related creator tools offered on a subscription basis.

Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and linked provider access.
• You are responsible for activity occurring under your account, overlay route, and credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating or linking accounts.

Subscriptions And Billing

Paid plans renew automatically for the monthly or annual billing interval shown before checkout. Prices are stated in United States dollars unless the checkout expressly states otherwise. PayPal processes payments and may apply currency conversion or other charges under your agreement with PayPal.

By approving a subscription, you authorize PayPal to charge the displayed amount at the start of each billing period until the subscription is canceled. If a payment fails or billing lapses, access to paid features may be suspended or disabled.

Cancellation And Plan Changes

You may cancel from the Firework Engine account page or through PayPal's automatic-payment controls. Cancellation stops future renewals and paid access normally continues through the end of the period already paid for. Plan changes may require fresh PayPal approval and take effect as described before confirmation.

Refunds

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins. We will review duplicate or incorrect charges and material service failures reported to admin@bigcat.ca within 14 days of the charge. Nothing in this section limits a refund, cancellation, or other remedy required by applicable law.

Acceptable Use

• You may not misuse the service, interfere with platform operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
• You may not use Firework Engine to violate the rules of connected streaming platforms or third-party services.
• You may not share paid access in ways intended to evade subscription limits or entitlement rules.

User Content

You retain responsibility for content and assets you upload or configure, including custom patterns, images, and scene overlays. You represent that you have the necessary rights to use those materials.

Availability And Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If a material change affects a paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice when practicable.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Firework Engine is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, and liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Any dispute may be brought before a court with jurisdiction in Alberta. These terms do not waive rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived, including applicable consumer-protection rights.
